No job is too big!

When is it time to replace your screen?

Normally screen should last 7 to 10 years, but the harsh elements that your screen endures may shorten its life faster. Direct sunlight is the number 1 enemy of your screen, which will cause the coating over the fiberglass mesh to disappear. This may cause objects to tear through the screen.

Also screen tends to get dirty from dust and moisture that sometimes can cause a green mold to appear. If the screen is newer you can pressure wash it off but you take a chance at discoloring your screen and damaging it. Replacement and future cleaning of the area, with soap and water, Can correct this problem.

While we are rescreening your room we typically would clean off all leaves and debris that are affecting your gutter or screen panels. We wipe down all of the aluminum with a cleaner to remove any moss or mold build up bringing back the luster to your room.

During the past 8 years we have been  rescreening pool enclosures and screen rooms in Florida.
